Alameda County Library welcomes you to a special event that brings early literacy resources to families in the Tri-City Area.
What: Families are invited to Family Resource Night, an event where local organizations will provide educational resources for children 0-5 and their families. The bilingual (English/Spanish) event is free and open to all families. There will be light refreshments and a Spanish language book giveaway for children 0-5.
Who: Families and community members will be treated to delightful performances by Circus of Smiles and the musical ensemble Cascada de Flores that highlight traditions of Mexico. Participating Community Partners include: Covered CA Community Outreach Network, East Bay Agency for Children, Help Me Grow - Alameda County, Housing and Economic Rights Advocates, Tri-City Health Center. Funding is provided by First 5 Alameda County.
When: Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
