We Forgive, Let’s Reconnect! Fine Forgiveness: June 12-25

From June 12 - 25, we’re forgiving overdue fines on all items. Simply return them to us in good shape and your fines will be removed.

Still have overdue fines for items you’ve already returned? Visit the library circulation desk, call your local branch library, or submit a request to Ask Us and your fines will be forgiven.

FAQ’s:

Where can I return materials?

You can return overdue materials at the library circulation desk or book drop at any branch library

 

What items and fees are not eligible during Fine Forgiveness?

– Damaged and unusable items

– Overdue or lost materials that have not been returned or replaced

– Items from other library systems

 

What if I have overdue fines on my account and the item has already been returned?

Visit the library circulation desk, call your local branch library, or submit a request to Ask Us from June 12-25 and your fines will be cleared.

 

I just paid a fine. Can I get a refund?

No. There is no reimbursement for previously paid fines.

 

Can I have fines forgiven for others?

Yes, if you have that person’s materials or if you are an authorized user on that person’s library account.

 

I lost my library card. Do I have to pay for a new one?

No. From June 12- 25, we are also forgiving library card replacement fees (normally $1/card).
