Charlie Chaplin and historic train station murals, side of corner building at Niles Blvd. and I Street, Niles District These murals were done by Philip Vose, Fremont, for a festival in the Niles District while he was a student at Washington High School. Philip’s brother, Ben, assisted with the train depot mural. Philip Vose is currently studying animation in Southern California.
