For his art on the front and back of the Center, Mr. Sam chose the theme of children using the Center after school and of people working, returning home, and then going to the Center to relax and have fun.
A self-taught artist, Mr. Sam says he was born and raised in New York City, and has graduate degrees in clinical psychology and law, but he prefers the world of art.
