Donated to the Fremont Main Library Children's Area by Larry and Elinor Milnes. Larry Milnes was the project manager for the City of Fremont when the library was built. He had been looking for an appropriate statue to give to the Children’s Area for quite some time when he ran across this one. He named it after his granddaughter Jayme. The wooden base the statue sits on was specially designed for this piece. Artist Unknown.
