    Is a collaborative of more than one hundred public and private organizations in Alameda and Contra Costa counties and beyond, helping businesses and jobseekers meet their employment needs. It is a network of thirteen One-Stop Career Centers. One-Stop Career Centers are available to the community at no charge. The Tri-Cities One-Stop Career Center in Newark and Fremont is a publicly-funded resource for jobs, employment, education, training, and business development in the Newark, Union City, and Fremont communities.
