Email Notice Troubleshooting |

If you are not receiving email notification messages, please add circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org to your address book and make sure you are not blocking, filtering, or forwarding messages from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org.
Contact the Circulation Department at your local Branch during library hours or contact us electronically with any questions about this service.

AOL.COM
Follow the three steps in AOL’s help topic, "Cannot Receive E-mail From Specific Sender".
COMCAST.NET
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been added to your address book.
- If circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org or frmcircadm@aclibrary.org is found in the Spam Filter, select the “Not Spam” and move to one of your folders.
- Verify you are not filtering circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org in your email Preferences. If listed in the filter, remove it from the list.
GMAIL.COM
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been aded to your address book.
- Allow messages from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. Follow the directions under Allow e-mail from a specific sender.

Search All Mail (make sure your search includes Mail & Spam & Trash ) for email from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org.

HOTMAIL.COM
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been added to your address book.
- Allow messages from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. Follow the directions under Allow e-mail from a specific sender.
- Make sure you are not filtering messages from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. Follow the directions under Delete a filter.
- Add circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org to your Allowed Senders List.
- Click Options.
- Click Allowed and Blocked Senders under Junk e-mail.
- Click Allowed senders.
- Type circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and then click Add to List.
- Type frmcircadm@aclibrary.org and then click Add to List.
MSN.COM
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been aded to your address book.
- Add circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org to your safe list:
- Click Options.
- On the left side of the page, click Mail.
- Click Junk E-Mail Protection.
- Click Safe List.
- Type circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org, and then click Add.
- Type frmcircadm@aclibrary.org, and then click Add.

YAHOO.COM (also see AT&T Yahoo! Instructions below)
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been aded to your address book.
- Verify that you are NOT blocking circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. To check, follow the directions under You’re blocking this user at help.yahoo.com.
- Verify that you are NOT filtering emails from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. To check, follow the directions under One of your filters could be directing the email into a folder at the address in step 2.
- Verify that you are NOT forwarding your mail to another email address. To check, follow the directions under You’re forwarding your mail to another email address at the address in step 2.
AT&T Yahoo!
- Make sure circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org have been aded to your address book.
- 2. Verify that you are NOT blocking circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. To check, follow the directions under The sender's address is blocked at helpme.att.net.
- Verify that you are NOT filtering emails from circadm@alam1.aclibrary.org and frmcircadm@aclibrary.org. To check, follow the directions under You've set up filters at the address in step 2.
- Verify that you are NOT forwarding your mail to another email address. To check, follow the directions under You've enabled mail forwarding at the address in step 2.
