Anyone with an Alameda County Library Card can use Tech It Out to check out an iPad or laptop with free Wi-Fi for two hours at the Library. Visit the Albany, Castro Valley, Centerville, Dublin Fremont Main, Newark, San Lorenzo, and Union City branches to use Tech It Out.
